If you have a HARP order scheduled to ship on the 10th, then you can cancel it online up until midnight (central time) on the 9th.

Qualifying to receive HARP Loyalty bonuses is easy. If you had a HARP order of $40 or more LAST MONTH, then you are qualified to receive HARP Loyalty Bonuses THIS MONTH. A HARP order of $40 or more is referred to as a "qualifying HARP order".
Note: If you are a new member, then placing a qualifying HARP order THIS MONTH will qualify you to receive HARP Loyalty Bonuses NEXT MONTH. From there, placing a qualifying HARP order NEXT MONTH will qualify you for HARP Loyalty Bonuses in the following month, and so on.
