Can I join as a Distributor without entering my Social Security number?

Because The Wholefood Farmacy is classified as a network marketing company, the potential to earn commissions exists for anyone who joins as a Distributor.  Because the potential to earn commissions exists, we are required by federal law to have your social security number on file for income reporting purposes.  Income reporting is required for distributors who earn $600, or more, within a given year.

The sign up process takes place over a secure connection via 128 bit encryption and our security features are always fully up to date.  If you have a business entity with a vaild federal tax id number you may also sign up as a business entity by entering your business name into the FIRST NAME & LAST NAME areas and entering your tax id number into the social security number area.

We also offer the option of registering to shop as a Retail Customer - a social securtiy number is not required in this case.
