Wholefood Farmacy Website Set Up Instructions

2. Click on DISTRIBUTOR LOGIN and then log in using your ID number and Password – this will take you into your Back Office.

3. Click on SETUP / UPDATE MY WEBSITE. A message will appear to begin the website set up – click to begin the set up process. You will be prompted to enter your ID number and Password again for security reasons.

4. Choose your site name. The site name that you choose will become part of your personal website address. If you choose “healthy” as your site name, your website address would be www.healthy.wholefoodfarmacy.com . You can use your name or any other words as a site name.

Once you’ve chosen your site name, type it into the space provided and then click on CONFIRM SITE NAME. If the site name you chose is already taken a message will display. If that happens, simply choose another site name. Once your site name has been accepted by the system your website set up has been completed.

Your website comes complete with an advanced Back Office that is loaded with features to help you build your business. Your Back Office contains links to 13 different features and functions which provide you with 24 hour access to manage your new internet business. To access your Back Office - go to your website - click on DISTRIBUTOR LOG IN - then log in using your ID number and Password. Here is a brief tour to better acquaint you with your new Back Office.

SHOPPING CART takes you into you ordering page. There are four categories of products: Wholefoods, Personal Care, Ascential Oils, and Educational. The Wholefoods category displays whenever you enter your shopping cart. To view the other categories, simply click on the icons at the top of the page.

To add items to your shopping cart, select the quantity of products desired and then click on ADD TO CART. Your shopping cart total will display at the top right corner of the page. When you’re ready to check out, click on VIEW CART at the top right corner of the page.

LIST OF ORDERS displays a list of your recent orders. Once you place an order you can return here to track your shipment by clicking on the small yellow icon that appears next to the order that you wish to track. Clicking on the Invoice Number will display the invoice and shipping address (note: nothing will display on this page until you’ve placed an order)

NEWS & EVENTS displays a list of upcoming Wholefood Farmacy meetings, events, and conference calls.

SET UP / UPDATE MY WEBSITE displays links to updating your personal information (address, email, phone number, and password) as well as settings that determine what information displays on your website.

CUSTOMIZED HARP ORDER – H.A.R.P. stands for Health Assurance Retirement Plan which allows you to place a regular standing order that ships to you each month automatically. It is a great way to ensure a regular supply of healthy whole foods and that you are qualified to receive commissions under the compensation plan. HARP orders of $45, or more, receive a 10% discount. HARP orders of $75, or more, receive 10% off and a free bag of Phi Plus.

YOUR DOWNLINE allows you to run and view reports relating to your downline. You can view all members of your downline, their activity, as well as your total Group Volume (GV).

ACCOUNT INQUIRY displays a detailed record of all transactions on your account.

YOUR SPONSOR displays the name of your sponsor, the person who referred you to The Wholefood Farmacy. You can email your sponsor by clicking on the small yellow “envelope” icon next to their name.

COMMISSION RECAP REPORT displays a detailed summary of your earnings from the previous commission cycle.

12 MONTH BONUS REPORT displays a summary of your earnings over the previous 12 months.

COMMISSION ACTIVITY displays a summary of your earnings from the current commission cycle. This information typically updates between the 10th and 15th of each month.

Click on BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY and then click on Compensation Plan for a full explanation. We also encourage you to explore all of the information on your new website. Click on all of the links and you’ll find a “healthy dose” of good information regarding health, whole foods, and preventative self-care.
