section will be devoted to the ongoing coverage
of what we call the science of whole food.
Believe it or not, in the last year the medical
research community switched the primary focus
of its research from pills and capsules to
studying the disease remission and preventative
benefits of whole food. Many major publications
such as Time Magazine, and Newsweek have reported
on the extent of these findings. We have been
collecting numerous studies and articles over
the last several years relating to the use
of whole foods to prevent and remit disease.
