You'll
notice the new customized HARP order feature located
in your Back Office. The new link is labeled
"Customized HARP Orders". Clicking
on this link will open the Customized HARP Order
system.
The
steps are easy to follow and clear instructions
are provided. Once you've selected your shipping
date (2nd, 10th, 16th, or 23rd) you will be taken
into your customized HARP shopping cart. This
shopping cart will appear identical in many respects
- the main difference being that some of the products
such as T-Shirts, the Brain Bowl, and The Whole
Food Farmacy Banners will not appear. We have
excluded certain non-consumable items from your
autoship shopping cart to prevent them from being
ordered on a monthly basis by accident.
Once
you're in your HARP shopping cart simply add the
items, that you would like to receive each month,
to your shopping cart and then check out as usual.
If you select a shipping date that has already passed,
you will be given the option to ship this month's
order now - or to begin shipping next month.
You
are now able to create your own customized HARP
order, view your current HARP order, change your
HARP order, and cancel your HARP order right from
your own back office 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
If your Customized HARP Order is $45, or
more, (not including tax or shipping) you will automatically
receive a 10% discount on your order!

note: the 10% discount and the free bag of
Phi Plus are based on the ORDER VOLUME
of the order which does not include tax or shipping.

In the example above, the
PRODUCT TOTAL is $130. The ORDER
VOLUME would be $130 less the
$13 Discount, or $117.
You can return to the shopping cart from the check
out screen by clicking
on the button labeled SHOP MORE.
In
order to ensure "smooth" operations and
accurate shipping, we ask that you complete any
changes or cancellations at least one day
prior to your scheduled shipping date.
If your shipping date is the 23rd, for example,
please complete any changes or cancellations by
midnight (central time) on the 22nd.

on the Customized HARP Order link in your Back Office
