How do I become an affiliate? (For Business Promotion purpose only)


  • Go to the bottom-right hand side of the WholeFood Farmacy website
  • Go to the column WholeFood Farmacy and then click on Become an Affiliate.
  • Enter all information, and then click on register.       

After your affiliate application has been filled out and submitted, it will be looked over by a WholeFood Farmacy Support Member for approval. Once your application has been review you will receive an email either accepting your status as an affiliate or denying your application.

 

 

How do I log in to the affiliate site?

 

  • Go to bottom-right hand side of the WholeFood Farmacy website.
  • Go to column Clients and then click on Affiliate Log-in.

 

 

How does the Affiliate program work?

 

 

All commissions are generated when a customer places an order through your WholeFood Farmacy banner. Simply create a WholeFood Farmacy banner and direct customers to it. It’s that easy.

 

How do I set up a banner? (You must have your own website or access to a website).

 

  • Log-in to your Affiliate account.
  • Click on Browse Banners
  • Click on search to browse all banners
  • Click on a Banner ID for a preview, banner information and the needed html/javascript code.
  • Once you have chosen a banner, you will need to copy either the html or javascript code and place it on the website of your choosing.

 

 

What happened to my replicated website?

 

 

WholeFood Farmacy no longer offers free replicated websites. This was a feature of our previous system and was the essence of MLM companies. We have since moved from that system to a new one with the capability to support a true affiliate program.

 

 

What is the payout?

 

 

You will earn 15% commissions whenever a customer order is places an order through your WholeFood Farmacy banner. Also any affiliate that signs up to become an affiliate through your banner link, you will start earning 3% commissions on that affiliate's customer sales.

 

 

How do I place an order?

 

 

Affiliate accounts are not capable of purchasing WholeFood Farmacy products. Affiliate accounts are only for those who wish to pursue WholeFood Farmacy as a business. You will need to register as a WholeFood Farmacy customer to purchase product.

 

 

WholeFood Farmacy Customer Accounts  (For ordering purposes only)

 

 

If you are a returning customer, please follow steps below.

  • Go to the bottom right hand side of the Wholefood Farmacy Website.
  • Got to the column Clients, and then Log-in
  • Enter in e-mail address and password

If you are a new customer, please follow steps below.

  • Click on Register on the top right hand of the Wholefood Farmacy website or go to the bottom right hand side of the website, click on Registration.
  • Enter in all information, and then click Register.
  • Once you have registered, you can then place orders. You can also now manage your profile, add address, add payment options, etc. from the left column of the page.

 

 

Does this program pay out multi level?

 

 

Being a true affiliate program, there are no downlines. You receive 12% commissions on all orders that are placed through your WholeFood Farmacy banner link.

 

 

I use to have a downline, is it still there with the new program?

 

 

No. We have done away with the downlines in an effort to be a true affiliate program. You will only earn commissions for customers who order through your WholeFood Farmacy banner link.

 

 

Can I refer customers to you and earn commissions?

 

 

No. For you to earn commissions, you will need to direct traffic through your WholeFood Farmacy banner link. Only orders placed through your WholeFood Farmacy banner link will qualify for commissions. Any customers who call WholeFood Farmacy directly or place an order on a non-affiliate web address will not be payable for commissions. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to direct their customers to their banner.

 

 

How are commission paid?

 

 

A minimum of $50.00 is required to accumulate before a check will be issued. All checks are made out to the affiliate in US fund. We do not allow our commissions to be paid by Paypal, wire transfers, money orders, cash, or credit card.

 

 

Can I monitor my client’s activity throughout the month?

 

 

Yes, after you are accepted into the Affiliate Program, you will be provided back office system access that will allow you to see how many clicks your banners are getting, how many orders have been placed through your banner links for the month, etc.
