Here's how the MVN billing works....

1. The base fee of $13 per month provides a toll free voice mailbox, "world class" customer service, and your own MVN online messaging console which allows you to listen to your messages online, including the Daily "Dose" of Don, for FREE.

2. The 5.9 cents per minute usage fee applies when you, or when others, dial into your toll free voice mailbox. If using your voice mailbox to respond to questions from your team, the usage fee applies while you are responding to messages via phone.

3. Certain optional features require the MVN system to make outbound long distance calls on your behalf.  An additional 5 cents per minute usage fee applies when using these features.  The MVN system will make outbound calls when:

The "Zero Out" feature is activated - The Zero Out feature allows callers to press "0" to have their call forwarded to you at a number that you specify.

The "Follow Me" feature is activated - The Follow Me feature allows calls placed to your voice mailbox to be forwarded to a phone number that you specify AND allows you to screen your calls before answering.

Forwarding a message to an outside number - Let's say you listened to a Daily "Dose" of Don message and you wanted to forward it to a friend. The MVN system would call your friend and play the entire message.  (note: forwarding messages to others on the MVN system is free)

4. You will be billed $13 when signing up along with a one time $10 programming fee. Each month thereafter, you will be billed $13 plus usage.  All billing is electronic, you have your choice of bank draft, debit card, or credit card. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.
