                                                     THE WHOLEFOOD FARMACY NEWSLETTER

                                                                            FEBRUARY 2007

The  “ Z “  Team

Tom Zeitler has teamed up with yet another Florida chiropractor and is taking The Wholefood Farmacy to the world. Dr. Stephen Morafsky of Boca Raton , Florida and Tom are working an expo for chiropractors in Texas as this interview was conducted. Finding the time to talk was a real challenge because of the tremendous response to their booth. They are truly the most often visited booth at this event. Dr. Morafsky has been a practicing chiropractor for eighteen years. He was delighted in learning about the WFF. He was not only delighted for himself, but, also for his patients. Being able to offer convenient nutrition that was fun and delicious was just the ticket to getting more folks to come to understand how important real food really is. He also plays the DVD “The Whole Truth” on a continuous loop in his waiting room. The expo has been challenging and rewarding and exciting for both Stephen and Tom. They have been offering samples of Phi-Plus, Veggielicious Spice, Fruitalicious, Buckey Ball Matrix, Cornaborealis, and Tropi-Phi. They have taken orders in excess of $5,000 in less than two days and they still have another day to go. Other chiropractors are excited over these foods and are signing up quickly. Dr. Morafsky has thrown down the gauntlet and is heading for the stars with this opportunity to share the good news of good nutrition. Personally, his favorite WFF product is Phi-Plus, but quickly adds that his son’s favorite is Cornaborealis. Tommy is of course a Phi-Plus fan but says that he also favors Veggielicious Spice. Tommy believes that Wholefood Farmacy foods will be in most every home across The United States of America. When pressed for a further comment, Tommy says that, “Anyone can do this. Anyone can earn a nice or very nice living. It’s all a matter of how much you want and what you are willing to do for it.”  Tom has a lot of heart and his Z team knows it. There will certainly be more about this bunch month after month.

Editor’s Note: What about your chiropractor? Have you let him taste the PHI, yet?  What are you waiting for?

13 Day Event Support Calls

During January, there were 13 days of continuing support calls for those folks participating in a Liquithon, TriDecathlon, or New You Pantry. These calls were designed to educate and support the participants. This was received with great enthusiasm by many event participators.
The great news is that these events were recorded and will be permanently available for you to access. All you need to do is call 1-620-294-1380, and then choose Day 1, Day 2, or which ever call applies to your event or about which day you might want to hear more about. This along with the current FAQ’s on your website should provide you with the support that you need during your journey to higher health. This will also be a great number to refer your new farmacists to. Enjoy this and share it!

Meet the “Home Team”        Use of March 2007  No FEb

It is our pleasure in this month’s newsletter to introduce to you two more of the “Home Team’s” members. From the very first days of prelaunch four years ago, Gordon Kingsley has been an important team member at The Wholefood Farmacy. Gordon started out in production and filled many other capacities when the situation demanded it. Currently he is the Production Technician for the new grinders that produces the Liquithon products. Gordon is very excited about this latest addition of technology at the production facility. He says that the new farinas have a wonderful finished product texture. A twelve year vegetarian, Gordon loves his job and feels that he has found his niche. His favorite products are Tropi-phi and Buckey Ball Matrix. Gordon plans to always be a part of The Wholefood Farmacy.

Next, we introduce to you William Yarber. William has been with the WFF for three years. He started as a Production Technician and is currently the Quality Control Manager. He enjoys the friendly environment that he works in as well as the ‘team spirit’ of the WFF. William has always enjoyed working with food and finds that his occupation helps to tickle his culinary wizardry. Although he admits to enjoying all of the wonderful food products, he particularly appreciates WFF’s Organic Virgin Coconut Oil and the Phi Plus. William says that from his vantage point that it looks like a great year for The Wholefood Farmacy.

King of the Hill

Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
The winner for the month of December’s monthly enroller contest is none other than Randy Beck of Sioux Falls , SD. Randy is almost always a top contender and this time he takes home the gold (and a really nice WFF prize). Randy enrolled 17 new farmacists with a total sales volume of over $2,800. Who says that you can’t introduce new people in December? Randy has certainly shattered that myth. Congratulations Randy! The second place winner is Stephen Marofsky of Boca Raton , FL. Stephen is part of that Tommy Zeitler crew that is growing and going so well. Stephen posted 16 new enrollees for December. Way to go, Stephen.
Phil Zeitler of Pinellas Park, FL takes the first third place prize with 8 new qualified farmacists. Phil is a regular in the winner’s circle and personally enjoys the Phi Plus and enjoys sharing it often. Alright Phil!  Ryan Carson hails from Boise, ID. Ryan uses the internet to build his business. Placing in this contest is nothing new to Ryan. In the year and a half that he has been part of the WFF, he has made himself a winner at least half a dozen times. Ryan’s favorite products are Fruitalicious and the new shampoo. Ryan is very excited about the New Year and warns that he plans to take first place in February. Congratulations Ryan!
Once again, Shirley Lipschutz of  Hollywood, CA joins the winners in the monthly enroller contest. Shirley signed up 7 new folks for this month’s contest. Keep up the good work Shirley! Apparently, folks from the west coast to the east coast enjoy WFF products, and, apparently, it doesn’t matter if you are in sunny Florida or the frozen north country. The temperature may be 80 degrees in Florida and at the same time in South Dakota -20 degrees (WOW, that’s 100 degrees difference) but, the temperature for WFF products is always just right.

Ask Dr. John - Revised

Q uestion:   I am confused on which type of exercise is best to lose weight and/or for fitness.

A nswer:   That's a good question considering there are so many different types of exercise as well as a variety of exercise equipment.  Without a doubt, each type of activity has its advantages and disadvantages.  For instance, any type of sport like basketball or tennis is good because each adds the dimension of competition as well as fitness.  However, other participants are needed to engage in suchsports.  Or take jogging for example:  Few activities burns more calories per minute, but can aggravate an old knee or ankle injury in just a few workouts.  Swimming is the opposite.  This exercise is great because it uses virtually all of the body's muscles and the chance of injury is low; however, the low impact makes it more difficult to build muscular endurance and burn a significant amount of calories (at least in comparison to other higher-impact activities).  With so many opportunities out there to get fit, it can indeed become a little confusing on which is best for you.  But rather than getting caught up in the endless amount of information, focus on doing something you enjoy.  If you enjoy doing it, then the chance of you maintaining that activity for a long period of time will increase. If you are looking for a great place to start, try taking a walk. This is so important, as our ability to walk is part of what defines us and is our transportation for life. Walking is an activity that you can do alone, with a friend, in a group, or with your dog.   Regardless of what activity you choose, and as long as you do it with regularity, you will lose weight and gain fitness. This is why the old ads of "Just Do It" were actually quite good. So, DO IT!

Editor’s Note: The President of The Wholefood Farmacy, Steve Tilton, prefers daily rebounding on a personal trampoline. He says that this workout increases his energy, overall body strength, and serves to stimulate his lymphatic system. He also says that it really helps with mental clarity and stress relief. Of course, he also enjoys a variety of WFF nutrient dense whole foods.
