THE WHOLEFOOD FARMACY NEWSLETTER
OCTOBER 2006
Burrr …… There’s a little frost on the pumpkins these days……. …
Ah, yes, indeed, cooler weather is here. Sad as that is, it is still nice to know that there are pleasures to be had in any season. A nice cup of Farmacy Gourmet Coffee is a great way to start your morning. Infused with 4 medicinal mushrooms, our coffee tastes great and goes down nicely. Also, it is considered by many to be a non-jittery coffee. Available in regular or water processed decaf, it is a hot java that will please the most discriminating palate.
AND, SOUP, did someone say hot soup. Did someone say convenient, nutritious, and delicious? Yes, we did. Please treat yourself regularly to WFF soups. There is Yam, Bean, Tomato or Vegetable. They are all great! Enjoy them conveniently at your office as well as at home. Nothing warms like a great cup or bowl of hot soup on a cool evening or afternoon.
And now that the fresh greens are dwindling from your garden, remember to add Farmacy Greens to your HARP order. These amazing greens will help you to continue to get the benefits of green foods all the year long.
Electri Phi in the morning is also a great starter. This blue farina really wakes you up and gets you going. Tastes great in warm to very warm water allowing you a culinary experience that you’ll want to try again and again.
Ampli Phi is another farina that tastes great hot. Pepper this one up a bit if you like with WFF Chipotle Pepper Blend. Great at lunch time!
Enjoy the seasonal changes and enjoy the opportunities to change with the season. Consider a seasonal Liquithon or Soup-a-thon.
COMING SOON…….
We are happy to announce that soon we will have for your use in advancing your Wholefood Farmacy business, two new tools. First, we will have a new brochure highlighting all of the points of our generous compensation plan. This will be most valuable as you communicate at gatherings and in mailings. Second, we will soon have a comprehensive CD that presents the WFF compensation plan in its entirety and with instructions on helping you to get started toward financial gain. We are all excited about these developments to supplement the CD, The Whole Truth. We encourage you to continue working even now as these new tools are being developed.
Always at your service, The Wholefood Farmacy Team………….
Ask Dr. John
Q: I know that cardio is good for me, but why should I weight train as well?
A: While aerobics are excellent to maintain overall cardiovascular health, it cannot provide the same benefits as weight training. Weight training (also known as resistance training) helps maintain muscular strength (e.g. lifting things) and muscular endurance (e.g. repeated movements such as shoveling). It also assists in efforts to maintain or lose body weight. Here's how it works: about 1/2 of all calories each day are expended through maintenance of muscular tissue. And if there is more muscle to maintain, then more calories will be burned. For example, exercise physiologists have estimated that gaining five pounds of muscle would result in an additional 150 calories being burned per day. Although 150 calories sounds inconsequential, that would be equivalent to losing about one pound of fat per month. Lastly, as with cardio, any type of weight training burns calories while doing it, as well as strengthens the heart.
The Wholefood Farmacy strongly recommends that you consume WFF Farmacy Greens when weight training. Learn more about the benefits of WFF Greens on your website. Also, if you tend to get sore muscles, please consider trying Vaporescent and Posh Spahh. These products will assist your recovery. Another great product for relaxing your body when you have worked it harder than normal is Joule. This product’s unique blend of 24 kt gold and aloe vera makes it a wonder at recovery. You’ll enjoy the cinnamony taste. Try a couple of ounces right before bedtime. You and your muscles will be glad you did.
King of the Hill
Apparently, the mysterious Black Knight was scared off of the circuit by the new champion of the Monthly Enroller Contest, also known as the “King of the Hill.”
Tom Zeitler of the Corner Stone Group,
Indian Rocks Beach , FL , has taken the contest of August by storm. Turning in an impressive 35 newly qualified enrollees, Tom produced what might be the single largest month in the history of The Wholefood Farmacy. Tom has been with the company from the beginning and now is taking a serious, active role in building his downline and his income. Tom is always willing to share and we hope to see and hear more from him. Congratulations Tom. All the world loves a winner.
Second place goes to the ever present Shirley Lipschutz, Hollywood , CA. Shirley enrolled 18 new folks and edged out Randy in the total dollar amount to take 2 nd place. When you consider that the Enroller Bonus pays you a weekly bonus of 40%, these contest prizes are just more fruit on top. Still everyone enjoys the Wholefood Farmacy prizes that go along with the cash. We congratulate you Shirley and encourage you as you continue to share with the good people of Hollywood the victuals of Tennessee .
There are three third place prizes each month and the winners are listed in order of new signups. The first third place winner is Randy Beck of Sioux Falls ; SD. Randy enjoys promoting the fine foods and other products of the WFF. Each month he receives weekly and monthly checks. Randy brought 18 people to the WFF and narrowly missed 2 nd place. We applaud your efforts, bravo Randy.
Ryan Carson of Garden City, ID turned in a great month with 16 new farmacists enrolled. Way to go Ryan. Keep it up and enjoy those checks.
Finally, but by no means least is Lisa Jelinek of Pirtleville, AZ. Lisa, a perennial contender, introduced 10 folks to the WFF. Congratulations Lisa.
What about you? All you need to do is spread the news. The rest is automatic. Share the message, help some others to better health through great nutrition and receive weekly checks. Do this often enough and win great Wholefood Farmacy prizes. Refer to the News and Events section of your personal, priceless WFF website for all of the details. OR just start signing folks up!
Top Gun..........and Smokin'................
Tom Zeitler is the new Top Gun at the Wholefood Farmacy. Tommy smoked the Monthly Enroller Contest with a whopping 35 new qualified signups in August. Tom and his wife, Grace, have been part of the Wholefood Farmacy from the beginning. A year ago, they relocated to Florida and started a new life and began to seriously build their WFF business. Grace is a great partner and both supports and works with Tom giving him that keen female edge and touch. Tom is a great presenter and recruiter and especially enjoys expos and health fairs. His basic response is “go where the people are hungry for the best.” Once he gets there, one of his favorite business methods is the sampling method. Tom says that the foods themselves are the best business tools. He samples out Phi Plus, Fruit a licious, Tropi Phi, and Buckey Ball Matrix. The rest is easy. As the “Samplers” start to smile and ask questions, Tom gives them information that takes them to his personal WFF website. When the opportunity presents itself, Tom greatly encourages the Tri Decathlon Deluxe. This method is one that is simple and doable. When Tom finds someone that is really interested in building the business, he takes them under his wing and shows them the ropes.
Tom is super excited about the future of the Wholefood Farmacy. And well he should be. The demand for wholesome, safe, delicious foods is growing even faster than the population is. Tom sees the company growing by leaps and bound. He reports that many people are impressed with the new packaging and also with the new DVD, The Whole Truth. The announcement of the new Compensation Plan BROCHUE and the new Compensation Plan DVD are also welcome news to Tom.
Smokin’ Tom says to enjoy your WFF foods, keep some with you at all times, and be sure to let other people try them. Tom’s favorite food is the Phi Plus
