                       STEP 4 – Referral Rewards Basics & H.A.R.P.

 

 

While you are becoming a product of the products you will continue to learn, to plan your "garden" and to gather your tools. Next, we'll learn the "basics" of The Wholefood Farmacy Referral Rewards Program.

Part A - Referral Rewards Checks

Referring others to The Wholefood Farmacy is as easy as sending them to your Wholefood Farmacy website. When someone joins via your website you can receive a 30% Enroller Bonus on your referrals' FIRST order, a 30% Enroller Bonus on their second order if placed within 45 days of their sign up date, and then a 6% commission on all subsequent orders.

Let’s look at a few examples:

Example 1: Member A was enrolled by you – when Member A places their first order, you would receive 30%, your 1 st upline enroller would receive 6% and your 2 nd upline enroller would receive 6%. 

Example 2: Member B was enrolled by Member A – when Member B places their first order – Member A would receive 30%, you would receive 6% and your 1 st upline enroller would receive 6%.

Example 3: Member C was enrolled by Member B – when Member C places their first order – Member B would receive 30%, Member A would receive 6% and you would receive 6%.

On levels 4 through 7 you will receive the 6% commissions on all orders placed after the 45 day period has passed. As the word begins to spread, your group can grow very quickly and you can enjoy Wholefood Farmacy products at little or no cost to you.

Enroller Bonus checks are mailed weekly and the Monthly Commission checks are mailed on the 15th of each month for the month prior.

Part B - Qualifying To Receive Your Referral Rewards Each Month

You qualify to receive your Referral Rewards by placing a modest order of at least $40 PV (Personal Volume) each month. Personal Volume (PV) means the total of items ordered less shipping and sales tax. (Note: sales tax only applies to orders which are shipped to Tennessee or Canada)

In other words, if you placed an order for a Little Kahuna (5 lbs of Phi Plus) your order total would be $67.95 plus shipping (and tax if applicable). The total of products ordered, $67.95 in this case, would be your PV (Personal Volume). As long as you order at least $40 PV each month you will always be qualified to receive your Referral Rewards.

Note: If you do not order in a given month, your Referral Rewards will roll upline to the next qualified member. When you resume ordering, then your Referral Rewards will once again go to you.

As a safeguard, you’ll notice a small box near the upper left corner of all of your shopping cart pages. This box shows you the PV (Personal Volume) of your order as you add items to your shopping cart - it looks like this:

This way you can know with absolute certainty what the PV of your order is - before you submit it.

It is also important to note that sales aids such as brochures, CDs or DVDs do not count towards your PV for the month. To keep the cost of our sales aids as low as possible, we do not pay commission on them. As such, you will notice that each of these items is clearly marked on the website as PV=0.

Your PV for the month is based upon the total of all orders placed during the calendar month. The cut off time for orders to be placed during a calendar month is 11:59 pm (central time) on the last day of the the month.  As long as your total PV for the month is at least $40, then we say that "you are qualified" for that same month.

 

Part C - The H.A.R.P.  Autoship Program

H.A.R.P. stands for the Health Assurance Retirement Plan and it is the easiest and friendliest Autoship System in the world. Through the HARP program you are able to place a regular monthly order that ships on the same date each month.

The HARP Autoship Program is designed to benefit you by:

  • Providing convenient way to maintain your monthly Personal Volume qualification for the Referral Rewards Program.

  • Assuring you a regular supply of wholesome nutrition - always having healthy whole foods on hand is the first step to making healthy choices and healthy lifestyle changes.

There are four HARP shipping dates for you to choose from - the 2nd, 10th, 16th & 23rd.  You can change your HARP order from month to month and cancel at any time. HARP orders can be cancelled up until midnight (central time) one day prior to the scheduled shipping date.  If you have a HARP order scheduled to ship on the 10th, then you can cancel it online up until midnight (central time) on the 9th.

 

Part D - HARP Loyalty Bonuses

HARP Loyalty Bonuses offer you a way to receive Discounts and FREE bags of Phi Plus with your HARP orders. Qualifying to receive HARP Loyalty Bonuses is easy - and when you qualify you will receive:

A 5% Discount on orders of $43 or more

1 FREE bag of Phi Plus with orders of $79 PV or more

2 FREE bags of Phi Plus with orders of $158 or more

The Discounts & FREE bags of Phi Plus can go a long way towards covering your shipping expenses - in many cases, the Discounts and FREE bags of Phi Plus will cover your shipping expenses completely. Moreover, your experience with the HARP program will prove to be very valuable as you begin to work with your new customers.  By understanding the HARP program and using it yourself, you will be able to share it confidently with your new customers. Remember, when your customers order on a regular basis, you will receive Referral Rewards checks on a regular basis.  Guiding your new customers to the HARP Program is a great way to achieve your goals.

 

Part E - Qualifying To Receive HARP LOYALTY BONUSES

Qualifying to receive HARP Loyalty bonuses is easy. If you had a HARP order of $40 PV or more LAST MONTH, then you are qualified to receive HARP Loyalty Bonuses THIS MONTH. A HARP order of $40 PV or more is referred to as a "qualifying HARP order".

Note: If you are a new member, then placing a qualifying HARP order THIS MONTH will qualify you to receive HARP Loyalty Bonuses NEXT MONTH. From there, placing a qualifying HARP order NEXT MONTH will qualify you for HARP Loyalty Bonuses in the following month, and so on.

If you are an existing member who did not have a $40 PV HARP order LAST MONTH, then placing a qualifying HARP order THIS MONTH will qualify you to receive HARP Loyalty Bonuses NEXT MONTH. From there, placing a qualifying HARP order NEXT MONTH will qualify you for HARP Loyalty Bonuses in the following month, and so on.

 

Part F - Placing HARP Autoship Orders

To place a HARP order you simply log in to your back office and click on HARP Autoship Order - please do so now.   If you already know what you'd like to have for your next order, then you can submit your HARP now for order for processing today, later this month or next month.

Placing a HARP order for shipping later THIS MONTH: To place a HARP order for shipping later this month, simply select a shipping date that has not yet passed in the current month. For example, if today's date were the 2nd and you selected the 23rd as your shipping date, then your order would process on the 23rd.

Placing a HARP order for processing NOW or NEXT MONTH: The HARP shipping dates are the 2nd, 10th, 16th & 23rd.  If you select a shipping date that has already passed in the current month, the system will offer you the options to Ship Now or to Start Shipping Next Month.  For example, if today's date were the 5th and you selected the 2nd as your shipping date, then these options would appear AFTER you enter your payment info and submit your order. 

You will be offered the option of shipping the order now or to start shipping next month. If you select the Ship Now option, your order will process right away. If you select the Start Next Month option, then the order will process next month on the shipping date that you selected.

Please note: when placing a HARP order between the 24th and the end of the month, we recommend selecting the 16th or 23rd as your shipping date.  This gives you more time to change or to cancel your HARP order before it processes again next month.

For example, let's say that today is 30th of the month and that you want to place a HARP order using the Ship Now option.  If you select the 2nd as your shipping date, then your order will process today when you select the Ship Now option - but remember, it will also process on the 2nd of next month which is only 2 or 3 days later. By selecting the 16th or the 23rd as your shipping date, you'll have more time to change or cancel your order BEFORE it processes next month.

Also, the Ship Now option only appears if the shipping date you select has already passed in the current month. If today's date were the 2nd and you selected the 2nd as your shipping date - the Ship Now option would NOT appear.  If today's date were the 3rd (or any date later in the month) and you selected the 2nd as your shipping date - the Ship Now option would appear AFTER you enter your payment info and submit your HARP order.  As such, the Ship Now option is not available on the 1st and 2nd of each month.

We encourage you to place a HARP order at this time, this is the best way to learn the system so that you can better assist your customers. Otherwise, go ahead and practice placing a HARP order, just go as far as the checkout page but don't submit the order.  After you've placed a HARP order or practiced doing so you should proceed to Step 5.
