Part A - Joining The Wholesale Club

The first step to success is joining the Wholefood Farmacy Wholesale Club. If you have already joined the Wholesale Club - proceed to Part B below. 

If you have not yet joined the Wholesale Club, then we encourage you to do so now. Go to the website of the person who referred you, click on the WHOLESALE CLUB button and complete the short enrollment form. The system will assign you an ID number and send you a Sign Up confirmation email. Please make note of your ID number and Password.

Part  B - Verifying your email address

It is important to have an email address on so that we can assist you in achieving your goals.   We understand that many have concerns regarding SPAM and can assure you that our system features state-of-the-art security and that your email is safe with us. Click Here For Our Privacy Policy

To verify that your email address is correct and on file, log into your back office then click on UPDATE MY ACCOUNT/WEBSITE. Scroll down to the section marked Update My Email Address.  Enter your email address into the spaces provided, or make corrections as needed, then scroll to the bottom of that page and click on the UPDATE MY ACCOUNT button.

Part C - Setting up your FREE website

Setting up your FREE personal Wholefood Farmacy website is easy to do and takes only a few minutes. If you have not yet set up your Wholefood Farmacy website, please CLICK HERE for the instructions and do so now.

Part D - Order a Farmacy Tool Shed Package

Part E - Getting plugged in to conference calls

We offer two live conference calls weekly to assist you in achieving your goals. On Monday nights discuss the Wholefood Farmacy products and topics related to wellness. On Tuesday nights we offer tips and ideas that you can use to refer others and to build your business.

Monday night @ 9:00 pm (eastern time) - Products & Wellness

Tuesday night @ 9:00 pm (eastern time) - Building Your Business

To join us on these calls, dial 507-726-3370. When prompted, enter your Pass Code which is 66245#.  The conference line opens 5 minutes prior to the call and we start promptly at 9 pm.  We encourage you to take notes and if possible, to be online and on your Wholefood Farmacy website when the call begins.

Both calls are recorded and available 24/7 on our conference call replay line. The replay line number is 1-507-726-3978 -select option #1 for the Monday night call or option #2 for the Tuesday night call. 

We encourage you to join us on the live calls if possible. We certainly understand that some will have scheduling conflicts, in that case please listen in via replay line.

Part F - Subscribe to the Wholefood Farmacy Business Builder Email List

To assist you in building your business and increasing your Referral Rewards, we maintain an email list of members who wish to receive emails and updates that offer helpful tips on referring others to your Wholefood Farmacy website.  Your email will not be shared with anyone and you can unsubscribe at any time.  This is optional but also highly recommended.

Part G - Making contact with your Sponsor or other upline member

The person who referred you to The Wholefood Farmacy is known as your Sponsor. In general, a Sponsor is excited to serve as a coach or mentor to those whom they refer.  At the same time, not everyone who joins The Wholefood Farmacy is interested in the Referral Rewards Program. Some simply wish to order at Wholesale prices – which not uncommon and also perfectly acceptable.

If your Sponsor is not interested in the Referral Rewards Program then they will not be available to assist you. In this case we will put you in touch with an upline member who is anxious and excited to assist you. Please review the choices below - select the choice that best describes your situation and then follow the steps provided.

I know my Sponsor: If you know your Sponsor and they are participating in the Referral Rewards Program then you should contact them at this time. Let them know that you are now completing Step 1 of the Training Module. If you have already made contact then you should proceed to Step 2.  Go To Step 2

I know my Sponsor but they are not interested in the Referral Rewards Program: In this case, simply send an email to [email protected] and let us know that your Sponsor is not available to assist you and that you need to contact an Upline Business Builder. We will reply quickly with their name and contact information.  After you've sent the email, you should proceed to Step 2.  Go To Step 2

I do not know my Sponsor: If you do not know your Sponsor then you were likely introduced to The Wholefood Farmacy through your Sponsor's advertising. Many of our members advertise online, in magazines, in newspapers, pass out flyers, etc.  This also means that they are active in the Referral Rewards Program and they will probably be excited to make your acquaintance. 

To contact your sponsor, log in to your back office and look near the top right corner of your back office main page. There you will find a box labeled as MY ACCOUNT. Within that box you will find the name and phone number of your Sponsor and Enroller. Call your Sponsor, introduce yourself and let them know that you are now completing Step 1 of the Training Module.

If you find that your Sponsor is not available to assist you, simply send an email to [email protected] and let us know that your Sponsor is not available to assist you and that you need to contact an Upline Business Builder. We will reply quickly with their name and contact information.  After you've sent the email, you should proceed to Step 2.
