FEATURE STORY                     Sharing The WELLTH

This is an exciting story to write. I believe that it will touch your hearts, your hopes for others, and your imaginations.

As most of you know, Jennifer Ritchie is a success story in and of herself, and, she is also a success story with The Wholefood Farmacy. (If you are not familiar with this story, please go to the home page of your WFF website and watch the video.)

After four years in a wheelchair, and after listening to the “naysayers” and denying them all the while, Jennifer with much determination and dedication to rehabilitation stood up and walked out of her wheelchair. This was the result of persistent and consistent effort and with the aid of some wonderful care providers and with the support of family and friends. As wonderful as this was there were still dragons to be slain and mountains to be climbed.

About fifteen months ago, Jennifer walked into a small shop in Johnson City, TN on the advice of her doctor to obtain some oils for various concerns.  She was surprised to discover an old friend operating the shop. She was consequently introduced to a new friend, Patrick Flaherty, a talented respiratory therapist, who took a personal interest in her plight. As Patrick began to understand her dilemmas, he began to encourage her to try some Phi Plus. Hesitant at first, Jennifer eventually became bold enough to give it the old college try. Within two days Jennifer had her first significant bowel movement in six years!  Within ten days, she was having two a day!  You see, Jennifer in recent years was averaging "one" painful bowel movement about every ten to fourteen days. Talk about a lifestyle change!  Jennifer then became encouraged to take her healing to the next level. She increased her workout therapies, increased her self-care, gained weight and watched amazedly as her skin and hair began to grow even more beautiful. Jennifer also began to have a heart for helping others that were in what seemed to be hopeless situations.

In December 2004, Jennifer met Michael Taylor who is one of the Presidential Founders with The Wholefood Farmacy. Michael, a holistically minded individual befriended Jennifer and then in turn introduced her to a new friend, Suzanne Konnersman. Michael had met Suzanne through Suzanne's sister Rachael and her husband Dylan.

In early April 2005, Jennifer ran a 5K run! (that's 3.1 miles) Her time was a wonderful 47 minutes! {note?- how many of you reading this newsletter can complete a 5K run?}

Later in April, Suzanne came to visit Jennifer along with her brother Paul, and Michael Taylor. Friends at first sight, these two young women have some common goals. You see Suzanne, 24 years young, is in a wheelchair and has been for nearly seven years. Suzanne is also determined to ignore the naysayers and even more determined to walk out of her wheelchair. Suzanne has been paying attention to her diet for many years. She also explores many healing modalities and has a strong faith in God.

On April 22nd, Suzanne went with Jennifer to her rehab center in Knoxville, TN and some pretty amazing things happened.  Suzanne was able to move her feet and toes more than she ever had before. (this was videotaped)  Elated to say the least, everyone was encouraged. Suzanne accepted Jennifer's invitation to stay in Tennessee and be her guest and housemate.

Together they live in a relatively secluded home with Jennifer's two young daughters Sadie and Phina. The house is equipped with workout equipment, a spacious family room, a well designed kitchen, and boasts several patios for sunning and quiet times. They enjoy many of The Wholefood Farmacy products such as Phi Plus, TropiPhi, all of the soups, Veggielicious, Fruitalicious, and the farinas. Jennifer's daughter insists on the Sweet Tooth gel and is fond of rubbing Sublime on everybody. Suzanne particularly enjoys Phi Plus rolled in WFF Coconut Oil. She also quickly lauds Joule as being one of the foods that brings her relief at night. Suzanne also tells of an interesting new drink. She adds ElectriPhi to organic coffee, stressing that it must be organic coffee. This sounds like a winner.

Jennifer is truly a Farmacist in service to all.  She has chosen to not be a secret agent, but rather a beacon. Her next goal is to run a 10K run this fall.  Any wagers?

Suzanne's brilliant eyes burn with confidence and anticipation and she believes in breathing love into any injury. She is excited with newly elevated hope.

Together, these young women have more than just a symbiotic relationship, they are sailing in uncharted waters of blessings to come  for themselves and for many others as they set an example of determination and direction. They covet your prayers.

Congratulations to the March Enroller Contest Winners

First Place goes to Adrian Goad, of Smyrna, TN.  Adrian says that the more he presents The Wholefood Farmacy, the easier it gets and the more he does it, the more he learns. (Pretty sound advice)  Adrian shows no signs of slowing down and stays consistently excited about this opportunity.  Second Place goes to Barbara Lee, of Blue Springs, MO.  Barbara is consistently on the company conference calls and encourages others to be there as well. (Pretty sound advice)  The Third Place winners are Bonnie Hollembeak, Harvard, IL; Nadine Anderson, Aberdeen, SD; and Jonathan Brant, Seattle WA.  It would appear that folks all over America are appreciating the wonderful foods of the Wholefood Farmacy. Remember, there is an Enroller Contest every month and you are invited to participate. {note: see the March 2005 Newsletter for the rules; go to the NEWS & EVENTS section of your "priceless" website}

Award Winning Recipe

Here's a sandwich that is sure to please. Start with Ezekiel 4:9 organic bread (you can find this at your local health food store), spread one slice with almond butter and spread a second with WFF Coconut Oil. Next, slice thinly (o.k. or thickly) an organic banana and place on the almond butter. Now sprinkle with crumbled TropiPhi (yes, of course you can use Phi Plus). Put these two halves together and cut into two, three, or four pieces.

The perfect partner for this dish is found in our farina called BeautiPhi.  Take 2 rounded tablespoons of BeautiPhi and mix with 8 to 10 ounces of rice milk (or the milk of your choice), blend or stir and enjoy a simple, nutritious, and lovely lunch.

HINT---- IF there were a restaurant that served this dish, I’d be there today.  It's great at your kitchen table too!

Remember,  chew your Phi Plus,  drink lotsa Water,  get some springtime Sunshine,  take a Walk daily,  and DON'T be a Secret Agent.

As Always, we are at your service,

The Wholefood Farmacy
