King of the Hill

If Monthly Enroller contestants were knights of old, Tom Zeitler and Adrian Goad would be battle scarred and weary. They would also be rich!  And if they keep doing what they’re doing, they will be rich and fortunately they do not have to joust with instruments of destruction. Instead they just keep presenting wonderful, happy, safe, nutritious, delicious WFF products to everyone they meet and they just keep winning contest after contest.

They truly are two of the knights in the court of the Wholefood Farmacy. Tom Zeitler is April’s tournament champion with 33 new Enrollees. Wow! Tom is a relatively new resident in the state of Florida and still he moves with a force. Sir Adrian Goad hails from the metropolis of Smyrna, TN and finished second in  April with a very impressive 32 new Enrollees. Just one away from Tom. Lady Beth Graves of New Albany, Ohio turns in a rich 29 new Enrollees and captures the first third place position. Beth is herself no stranger to the winner’s circle and will certainly continue to rise to the occasion.

The second third place goes to SFBFMI LLC. of Englewood Cliffs, NJ enrolling 10.  (Sounds like the black knight to me.) Anyway, perhaps this knight will continue to compete and we will know soon who he or she is and how and why they compete.

Finally the third third place prize goes to Shirley Lipschutz of Hollywood , CA. Shirley enrolled 7 new Enrollees. Congratulations to Shirley, SFBFMI, Beth, Adrian and Tom on a job well done.

How about you? Would you like to win great prizes? It’s easy, just introduce folks to all the great stuff at the Wholefood Farmacy.

Message from the President
Steven L. Tilton

Greetings Wholefood Snackers,

It is truly wonderful to be able to thank you for all of your patronage with The Wholefood Farmacy. The rising enthusiasm is contagious in more ways than we have paper to print it on. Amazing stories continue to flow in concerning the benefits of snacking and dining on WFF foods. Furthermore, the zeal and interest of the business builders is confirming our belief of people helping people.

The Wholefood Farmacy has overcome many obstacles and we are now ready to push forward with many of the objectives that we are resolved to accomplish. We will be making announcements as quickly as these accomplishments are imminent.

Again I want to personally thank each and every one of you for your part in making The Wholefood Farmacy the success that it is and the success that it will be.

Sincerely,
Steven L. Tilton, President WFF

Whole Light Avocado Dip

For a great picnic or get together culinary delight, try this one. Cut and scoop out 3 avocados and place in bowl. Now dice 1 Vidalia sweet onion and place in same bowl. Now add 2 peeled and diced cucumbers into same bowl. Dice one very fat tomato and add to the mix. Now add a nice handful of fresh Cilantro leaves. Mix all of this together with a FarmacyWare knife and be sure to divide the avocados very well. Now take 1 teaspoon of Heart of Gold and 1 tablespoon of Wholefood Farmacy Greens and add to the mix. Squeeze half a lime into the mix and stir again with your FarmacyWare fork. Use WFF Identical Twins to salt and or pepper it up. Serve with stalks of celery and perhaps a glass of AmpliPhi with lemon. This is a cool summertime meal.

Banana Chill

This one’s for fun, taste, and health. Start with 1 quart of rice milk in a blender, add 4 tablespoons of  WFF Clari Phi. Add 1 frozen banana and 2 tablespoons of Phi Plus. You may also want to add several ice cubes. Crush, blend and spin yourself and your companion up a delicious smoothie. Garnish with a cherry or two and enjoy.

Tropical Mango Delight

Here’s another blender delight. Start with 12 ounces of fresh pineapple juice and add to it 10 ounces of H2O. Place this in a blender and add the fruit of one ripe mango. Now add a nice handful of Tropi Phi. Throw in a few ice cubes and let her spin. Yumm… all this flavor right in your own home. (Hint: If you desire a fuller island effect, just throw a little sand on the floor.)

Yummy Yam Dressing

Choose your best plain yogurt and add WFF Yam Soup mix and stir. Season with a bit of fresh lemon and or basil. Stir very well and let sit. This make a great vegetable dip. This mixture is also great over asparagus, steamed green beans, rice dishes, or as a salad dressing. Try it.

Take a Hike

Really, take a hike if you want to improve your health and well being. It doesn’t have to be a long hike like the Appalachian Trail , but you do need to move those limbs. You will find that increasing your activity agrees with your body’s desire to be well. If it’s been a while since your longest walk was around the inside of the mall, then take it easy and select a nice level park area with trees and well marked paths and maybe a bench here and there to sit on. There is something special about walking on the earth itself so do that when possible. But, if you must walk on pavement, it’s better than sitting on a couch. You will find that light comes to your face, that strength comes to your arms and legs, comfort comes to your digestive system and much more.

It is suggested that you start out easily with your Take a Hike program. Find a companion to walk with you. If you need to, go to the local animal shelter and get a four legged friend, they’re always up for a nice long walk. Next determine a specific day and place and go for it. You’ll be surprised how many other people are out there doing the same thing. You’ll see people that are older, younger, fatter, slimmer, men and women. You will probably want to take enough Phi Plus for you and your companion and maybe some more to share with your new trail friends. (Hint: take your business card or something with your WFF website to share as well.)

Spontaneous hikes are great too. For example, you are just cruising and suddenly you find yourself at a lake, park, festival, flea market, fair, or other gathering. This is great! Now that you’re not hung up on drive thru windows, or parking spaces at the front door, you can have fun because you have emancipated yourself with something as amazing as taking a hike.

We often receive Emailed testimonials at the Wholefood Farmacy and recently received one that we want to share.
