Is there a phone number for Customer Service?
In order to provide the quickest response times, we like to receive all customer service requests via email and then make outbound calls as necessary. This approach allows us to review your email, gather all the necessary information and complete the necessary research before contacting you. This has proven to be the fastest and most efficient approach.
It's been over 24 hours since I sent my email to Customer Service, why haven't I heard from them?
Since it is our goal to respond to every email within 24 hours, chances are very good that we have responded. Unfortunately, some email providers (Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, Verizon, Gmail, etc.) may automatically filter our email response straight to your spam, task, or bulk folders, rather than deliver them to your inbox.
